We are unable to offer a refund unless; in the unlikely case your order has a fault. Returns are accepted within 1 month of receipt date. To return an item, fill out our contact form or send an email to gzelldesigns@gmail.com with a detailed description of the fault, along with the order number/reference. If your request is accepted we will ask you to return the item and once received, it will be inspected. Once it has been confirmed the item had a fault and damage wasn’t due to misuse, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method you used to place your order.
