Bespoke Terms & Conditions
Due to this service's nature, we have decided to have a separate page stating the terms and condition for placing a bespoke order, as this is a personalised service creating specifically to your needs. Please read thoroughly before placing or confirming your order.
Payment – Full payment shall be made upon the date of the order.
Defects - In the unlikely event that an error has occurred, G’zell will follow up with a repair, replacement or refund. It is required for the customer to return this item(s) for inspection. G’zell is not liable for defects resulting from a customer not following our care instructions.
Order cancellation - The customer must check the invoice and confirm all details are correct. It is understood that once an order has been finalised and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled on the commencement of the production. Any agreement to cancel is at the discretion of G’zell.
Any changes must be made to the order with 24 hours of the order confirmation. Making a change within the 24 hours of placing the order does not guarantee that a change can be made. Where possible, G’zell will try to make desired changes. G’zell cannot accept returns based on a change of heart on the part of a customer.
Return and refunds - As the ordered item(s) are custom- made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 28 days refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and doesn’t apply to faulty goods.
Deliveries - It is understood that the turnaround and dispatch of orders may vary depending on fabric availability. All indicated turnaround times are estimated, and G’zell endeavour to meet as close as possible the average turnaround time between 5 days. Custom-made orders can take up to 21 business days, depending on your order, to be completed. G’zell will not be responsible for delays resulting from situations within the customer control, such as the recipient not being available to accept delivery, or incorrect delivery details supplied
