What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.
Does G'Zell have a store?
Unfortunately at the moment G'zell only stocks online at www.gzell.co.uk
Are your clothes unisex?
Majority of our stock is unisex/genderless for example T-shirts and hats, which is a standard size and fitting for anyone.
I would like an item, but my size is not available
No problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if possible we can custom make you this item
I have seen an item online and would like to customise it
G'zell offers customisation service therefore we can work with customers to create and individual look. If this is something you are interested in please do contact us at email@example.com with your enquiry.
Does G'Zell ship abroad?
Yes, G’zell ships all products international, please allow 14 days for delivery.
Made to order products
As you may have noticed some of our products are made to order, once purchased your order will take up to 3-5 working days to be shipped out to you, depending on the product you have purchased. Smaller items can take less time.
I have received a faulty item
If in the unlikely event you have received a faulty item please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the fault and the order number.
I have received an incorrect item
If in the unlikely event you have received an item that is not what you ordered please email us at email@example.com informing us of the problem and we will then look in to your order and if it does not match we will have the correct item sent out to you straightaway.

Do you offer Returns/Exchanges? If so what is your returns/exchange policy?
We are unable to offer a refund unless; in the unlikely case your order has a fault. Returns are accepted within 1 month of receipt date. To return an item, fill out our contact form or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of the fault, along with the order number/reference. If your request is accepted we will ask you to return the item and once received, it will be inspected. Once it has been confirmed the item had a fault and damage wasn’t due to misuse, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method you used to place your order.
Refunds are for the items only and we will not refund postage cost applied at the checkout. Refund will be issued which can take up 3-5 working days.
PLEASE NOTE: The following are non-refundable; Goods that are personalised, bespoke, made-to-order to your specific requirements, head-wear/face wear are non-refundable, unless faulty. Refunds will not include original shipping costs. Therefore before placing your order please ensure all details are correct and as you wish. Items (within the UK only) may be exchanged within 14 days of item dispatch date.
We can only exchange items for a different size or colour of the same item, if you would like a different item you will need to place a new order.
Please send an email to email@example.com stating your request, order number and we will forward you a return address. Item must be returned back to the seller in an unused, undamaged and resalable condition (not worn or washed, with tags still on).
You should return your items via a secure and insured delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. G'zell cannot accept responsibility for goods not received.
Please note that all return postage costs are your responsibility, however we will cover the costs of the return postage back to you (UK only), when exchanging items for a different colour or size
When returning an item please write a note with your details, reason for returning and the order number / receipt We reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange if we feel the item has any signs of wear or misuse.
We will notify you once your item has been received and inspected and if there are no problems your exchange will be processed.
Please note sale items sale are non refundable as they have been reduced to clear and may be exchange for a different size, in the same garment if available.
Help, What size should I order?
Although we would love to recommend which size to purchase, this can be difficult, as each person has their own preferences to how products should fit and feel. Our items are a regular fitting, standard UK sizes. Depending on the cut, style and fabric used the fit may also vary.
